The BeliefDNA of our Digital Identities (BeliefID)
BeliefDNA is a proposed library of ethical references based on reporting standards. PinupsPresidential’s #AVA2020 campaign suggests initial standards for neighborhood redesign with a path for #LifeLongLearning, sustainable growth and fun. Our goal is to govern ourselves ethically on a planet we share by #design.
A Belief ID can provide a unique Identification for every person, place, thing & experience. (#BeliefDNA Corp is a nonprofit EIN 471078791)
Our campaign for a single, secure #BeliefID was the foundation for #AVA2016 and continues with #AVA2020. Great civilization must start with an optimized citizen (#CitizenExperience)
Securing social and technology profiles allows us to express ourselves fully in a variety of circles and situations; compromised profiles make us vulnerable.
Our health records, dna and blood tests, government and consumer information and financial records are also recorded in information systems. Many of these systems have governance conflicts.
As citizens, we want to get in our “digital cars” and drive wherever we want to go safely, setting privacy preferences once in order to move about, knowing our rights are being protected throughout all of our environments. We don’t drive one car to the bank, then get in another car to drive to the doctor then another to go on a date, yet our applications are organized this way: each with its own behaviors and dizzyingly long, user agreement, designed by lawyers to protect the organization offering the service, not our citizen. As citizens, we aren’t really certain who can see what information about us, and it's a fact that there are lots of aggregators collecting the data on every click/tap/purchase or visit we make, forming composite profiles of us that we don't have an equal ability to see or manage.
It is no longer viable for us to move through the world without true #DigitalCitizenship, and anyone who’s every been hacked, bullied, experienced identity theft, financial fraud or any other kind of digital transgression knows there is little recourse one has when victimized online. As “body as mobile device” applications advance and impact climate change, we need unique, protected identities in ways we have yet to imagine. Justice systems and mechanisms will evolve based on our Citizen IDs- so it’s important they are unique and protected. Governance that answers to no one isn't civilized, sustainable or ultimately, even fun, interesting or exciting. Carrot and stick- take your pick: food, clothing, shelter becomes cuisine, fashion, decor & architecture.
Once we have a true, trustworthy citizens "passport" (an idea that tech has introduced in the past but has yet to be realized & fully adopted) endless economic development opportunities open for us and governance as we know it can be transformed. Nations can be brands & are likely to govern themselves more carefully if they perceive themselves as such. This will mean transitions for business, separating the citizen ID from individual entities' frameworks: this will save industries a bundle in tech, human resources, research, insurance and legal expenses. Belief ID is the essential building block for building new economic organisms and pods ecosystems.
Simplified IP- Intellectual Property
In addition to people, unique digital ids are generated with every post and transaction we make. By associating inventions with IDs of places, things and experiences as well as people, whole new business models for living and invention can be created, making idea sharing, and the economic opportunities and the financial support associated with those ideas, possible. People living and working "in the field" with products of every kind will be in true livelihood relationships with big global brands who are in a position to develop, market and distribute those inventions. By streamlining the IP process, research will happen anytime/anywhere, allowing us to create sustainable #PodsEcosystems wherever innovators are doing their thing.

BELIEF DNa Dashboard: ID, WAYFINDER, MORAL COMPASS
Think of Belief DNA like fuel: our digital DNA which today, already includes a vast array of emotional, relational, financial, location, and genetic information. Like fuel, it represents the digital soul's energetic potential, which is going to get more and more soulful over time, as our "digital selves" continue to transform what's happening in our physical world.
There are already many engine & vehicle manufacturers & there will be more: app makers who are and will continue to develop best ways to help us use our fuel/proprietary data. Standards will be developed like car dashboards: steering wheel here, gauges there. Dashboard app developers will have to maintain impeccable privacy and security trustmarks for the privilege of using our fuel. (Keeping definitions here as broad as possible to support universal adoption of the essential concepts.)
Our Belief DNA dashboards will help us identify & outline priorities for our lives as expressed through our "personas". It's in combination with others that we are expressed differently, like chemicals in our fuel's compound: there's a reason why we call it "relationship chemistry" after all. Recognizing one's elemental self, and understanding how you will react with others is the basis for relationship compatibility. Fueling statistically probable beneficial relationships is key to moving into greater abundance for all.
Plots the Course as we currently perceive it: Wayfinding technologies, like #SocialLab experiments, will help us try out new ideas and seek new solutions, exploring the unknown. Connecting Personal Development, using aggregated information about my education & experiences, to find best life paths & meaningful connections.
Monitors progress on the course you've plotted. It's a dynamic universe & there are currents, storms and other "weather" (social, environmental, political etc.) patterns affecting our intended outcomes. MoralCompass is the instrumentation for monitoring our courses: decision making.
Is your driver's license to all of your #HXD experiences (where digital meets your physical world, which is just about everywhere these days, the imperative driving our #DigitalCitizenship concern). Because of permissions and personas, its appearance will change depending on the context: the people, situation and currents affecting an experience (designed experiences will also have unique IDs). Designing relevant APIs for experiences serves as your outward-facing or "Live" identity.
