Compatibility is key for dating apps — why not for government?

Sharing goals, interests and beliefs is key to successful relationships of all varieties. Managing different viewpoints and handling conflict effectively are necessary skills for maintaining and growing them. In our socially-connected age, we are providing more and more information about what we believe to sites all over the Internet—whether intentionally or not — and are seeking products and services that meet those beliefs. Companies use this data to customize product & service offerings- why can't government do the same? Pinups Presidential's Campaign Trail Redesign project proposes that a secure, not-for-profit trust of those beliefs is created in order to assure our rights as #DigitalCitizens. With unique #BeliefIDs, we can design better digital and real world human experiences, connecting people with resources and technology in order to solve real world problems and improve lives.

What do you believe?

No one is exclusively an Asian-American or a Republican or a Muslim. Our beliefs stem from a variety of influences: our family, culture, religion, profession and politics. We give priority to certain values over others as we reconcile the differences between systems. This forms our unique Belief DNA that makes us who we are.

KARA (ABOVE) IS:   Passionate about the environment, a 3  rd   generation Asian-American, a fiscal conservative and a social liberal. According to StrengthsFinders, she has Achiever, Arranger, Maximizer, Developer and Empathy. Her Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is an INFJ. She’s not religious but has Judeo-Christian ideas about God, along with a family upbringing influenced by Buddhism. Kara is also a mother of two whose children attend Montessori. This creates some conflict with her extended family.
